SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be ship in accordance with the delivery methods stated on the Merchant Policies page. If the order is received on a Friday after 3pm, the order will ship the next business day which is Monday, excluding holidays.

*Please note NAIL POLISH requires ground shipping due to hazmat regulations. If you require expedited shipping, please email [email protected] with your order# and specifications.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Please note: returns are not accepted, however, you may request a refund or replacement in the event of a damaged good received.

Refunds for damages or shortages can be submitted as they occur. Please report any shortages or damages within 72 hours of receipt of your shipment for replacement or credit. No more than 1 refund or credit to the same email address consecutively with in a three-month period may be processed. The excessive use of refunds or credits will be monitored. CCNails and Cosmetics, LLC operating CCNAILS.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any customer violating this policy.

To request a credit or refund, please email [email protected]and include the order#, PO# or invoice number in the subject line.

To complete your refund, your request must be validated that it meets the criteria for refunds. You will receive an email within 5-7 business days acknowledging your refund request.

For damaged nail polish, do not ship back nail polish. Please document the damage with a picture and attach it to the email along with the order#, PO# or invoice number in the subject line. A refund or credit will be processed upon verification if criteria for refund is met.

Once your request is received, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/credit. Please note it may take up to 14 business days to process your refund/credit.
